1. Place the entire contents of can into a saucepan. Add ACV and brown mustard and let simmer for 5 mins.
2. Stir in Sugar and Spices and simmer for another 10 mins
3. Stir in Ketchup and simmer for 15-20 mins stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
4. With a fork press the Jack Fruit until all the larger pieces flake.
Serve on a bun with all the trimmings and Enjoy!
